Fees and Expenses

$350.00 commercial hourly rate for Arbitration/Mediation/Private Judge Compensation. No charge for pre-mediation set-up.    No charge for travel costs/time in the United States .  No charge if reserved dates are canceled or postponed for any reason and notice is received at least 30 days before the first hearing date; otherwise, reserved time is charged less time covered by replacement work.   Other/unusual out-of-pocket expenses covered by deposits.  Deposits for reserved time and permitted expenses are due at least 45 days prior to scheduled matter.  On “long” cases, rates may be negotiable.
